and Special Acts

for 2009

The official Connecticut Public and Special Acts of 2009 three-volume set, which supplements the sixteen-volume General Statutes, includes Public and Special Acts adopted during the Regular 2009 Session, as well as any Special Sessions of the Connecticut General Assembly. It also contains cross-reference tables, an index, and a list of the year's judicial and administrative appointments.

The Public and Special Acts for 2009 have been compiled and published and are now available. Please see the announcement of publication of the 2010 Supplement. This newly passed legislation won't be codified and included in the published General Statutes until the release of the General Statutes updated to January 1, 2011. Until that time, therefore, the set of Public and Special Acts is necessary for any research into changes in a law after January 2009.

The price for the 2009 set, as established by the Secretary of the State, is $85 per set plus $6.65 shipping & handling and $5.50 sales tax for a total of $97.15.

The Connecticut Law Book Company accepts standing orders for the Public and Special Acts as they are released, with the option of receiving the sets only in the alternate years that the General Statutes are not published.
